- Why are your prices more expensive on Etsy vs. here?
Since the fee increase on Etsy (6% now not including shipping, listing and transaction fees), my Etsy prices reflect this increase. I wanted to move to a different platform that was more reasonable for pricing and less fees. My Etsy will stay up to gain traction and more customers but I urge all buyers to purchase from this site instead.
- How long will my order take to arrive?
It depends where you live and how long it takes for me to pack your order. I pack orders 3-5 days after recieving payment. From there once I ship it, it could take anywhere from 3 days up to 2 or 3 weeks. Please keep in mind Covid has delayed shipping so it may be slower than usual.
- It's been a month and my order hasn't arrived yet :(
If your tracking status still says "In transit", please wait another week before reaching out.

- I spent over $35! Do I get to pick my freebies?
Yes you do!! Please include which two freebie stickers you'd like (anything available in the store). If there is no note attached I will reach out via email to ask. If I do not recieve a response after 5 days from purchase I will go ahead and select 2 random stickers.
- Do you do commisions or requests?
At the moment no. I am quite busy :(
